Inaugural Summer Institute for Pennsylvania Teachers on June 25-29, 2018

Announcing a fully funded professional development opportunity to secondary social studies and world language teachers in Pennsylvania offered by the University Center for International Studies at the University of Pittsburgh with generous support from the Longview Foundation for Education in World Affairs and International Understanding. 

This is a unique opportunity for teachers who are interested in obtaining training and certification to teach social studies courses (Introduction to Global Studies, World History, World Politics, Imperial Russia, or Western Civilization II) or world language courses (French, Latin, Spanish, or German) for transferable college credit to students at Pennsylvania high schools.
